Great stop at CVS today!

I wanted to go use my two coupons I got at CVS today. The $2.00 off any CVS lotion and the FREE Clear Scalp and Hair Therapy Shampoo that I told you about.  I scanned my card at the magic red machine (I just lurve that thing!) and I got a $5.00 off Zyrtec coupon so I checked that out and saw that I could get $4.00 in ECB back! WOOHOO. After I checked out, I realized I was only $4.00 away from another $3.00 ECB on the Loreal deal this week so I went ahead and got some eyeshadow. :D

Here's how it worked out:

Transaction #1:

1 CVS Total Moisturizing 10 oz lotion @ $2.19
1 Zyrtec 40 count @ 18.99
1 Clear Scalp 3 oz shampoo @ 2.49

- $2.49 (Free Clear Coupon, mentioned above)
- $2.00 Off any CVS Lotion
- $5.00 Off Zyrtec CVS Coupon from machine
- $5.00 off Zyrtec MFG Coupon

= $9.18 out of pocket, recieved $4.00 ECB from the Zyrtec Deal

Transaction #2:

1 Spongebob Squarepants Earplugs @ $6.49

- $4.00 ECB from Transaction #1

= $2.70 out of pocket

Transaction #3:

1 Loreal Eyeshadow @ $4.89

- $1.00 off any Loreal coupon

= $4.21 out of pocket, recieved a $3.00 ECB from Loreal deal

So the total trip was $13.09 after the unused ECB from Transaction #3. 

You don't always have to have a crazy cheap shopping trip for it to be a great trip! :)
