Basic Necessities Roundup for Week of 11/10

In a quest to help you be able to check this page each week if you need the best deal possible for basic household necessities, I'm going to post a Basic Necessities Roundup for you. These are items that are hard to stock up on, or are perishable.  It is derived from the research of five fellow couponers here in North Texas that have devoted their time to help everyone find the best possible deal on the items in our weekly list. Before going to the store each week, simply check this list and see how you can get these items at the best deal. If you don't want to run around town to grab each deal you need, simply price match the sale price at Walmart, if possible.
